Registry / Gifts

Ivan and I have been purchasing items ourselves in preparation for our son's arrival.

We figured, he is in fact our  son!

By no means should anyone feel obligated to bring a gift.  We still desire for as many people who desire, to simply celebrate with us this new season that is upon us.

And we mean that sincerely.

We just don't subscribe to the idea that we should rely on everyone else to provide

Our Registry

We have completed a registry and have been using that to purchase many of the items we need / desire.   Our registry is on amazon.com

Note: To view items purchased already, you will need to be on the desktop site.

Click "show them" which you will see towards the top of

the page (but before items on the registry are listed).

Other Gifts

We have a few things not on our registry that are pretty important to us:

Baby Boy Spring Clothes (6 months+)

Baby Boy Summer Clothes (9  months+)

Baby Boy Fall Clothes (12  months+)

[consignment, gently used hand-me-downs, Craigslist lots are certainly welcomed]

Baby Shoes / Booties (any size)

Gift Cards

[Visa/MC, Sam's Club, Amazon]

Restaurant Gift Cards

[for date nights - gotta keep the marriage fire burning]

Learning Aids / Toys

[any age]

A couple of things we won't need:

We won't need diapers, detergent or baby wipes.  We will be using cloth diapers, a

homemade detergent and  homemade solution for baby wipes.

Preparing for 'lil Ive's Arrival

us with everything we need for our son. That's not the responsibility of the village and community!

For those who do desire to honor us or 'lil Ive with a gift, we of course wouldnt turn that down!!  And let this be the first of many expressions of our gratitude and appreciation to come.  We have been using a registry to purchase from on Amazon.com and you can click on that link below under "Our Registry" and we have list of  "Other Gifts" below too for those who want/need ideas.
