A native of Pittsburgh, PA, educated through the public school system and graduating from Perry Traditional Academy High School, Delmesha then became HBCU educated at South Carolina State University where she studied Business Management with an emphasis in IT. She relocated to Northeast DC and began her career in IT as an administrative assistant at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), met and married her husband, and continued climbing the corporate ladder until she reached the role of IT Project Manager.

 

Over time, Delmesha grew weary of corporate ladder climbing and the challenges that typically befall women of color in the IT and Project Management fields. She decided to depart from the corporate workforce and her entrepreneurial endeavors were birthed shortly before becoming a stay-at-home, homeschooling mama. 

           

A multifaceted woman, to say the least, Delmesha has gifts, skills, and experiences covering a spectrum that widens as her interests evolve. She literally does what she wants, when she wants - and she’s extraordinary at it all!  

 

And her greatest joy and most precious gift (besides the Holy Spirit) is life with her husband, Ivan, and their four amazing children – Ivan Jr., Joseph, Josiah, and Adelle.
